The fluffiest cake I've ever eaten. Ever since I did it, inspired by Gabytza, that's all I have to do for the boy.

  • 4 eggs
  • 80g flour
  • 60ml milk
  • 50ml oil
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 3 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 125g sugar (50g + 75g)
  • 8g food starch
  • grated lemon peel

Servings: 8

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Simple fluffy check:

Separate eggs.

Mix the yolks with 50g of sugar and vanilla sugar.

Add the oil and milk and continue mixing.

Put the flour mixed with the baking powder and at the end the grated lemon peel.

Beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt, add 75g of sugar and starch and mix until the sugar melts.

Place over the yolks and mix gently with a spatula from bottom to top.

Grease a form with oil and line it with flour.

Place in the preheated oven over low heat for 45-50 minutes.

Remove from the oven and leave to cool.

Remove from the pan and leave to cool completely.

It can be sprinkled with powdered sugar.

Slice and serve.

  • 1 tablespoon powdered sugar

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Put the egg whites in a higher bowl, add a pinch of salt and beat well with a fork (you can use the mixer). Incorporate the sugar and continue beating. Add the yolks, oil and flour one at a time. The composition should be a little thicker than that of pancakes. CHOCOLATE CHECK RECIPE. Put the trays in the preheated oven. Leave on the right heat (200 degrees C) until baked on top. Try sticking a toothpick - the cake is made if the toothpick comes out dry. Allow the cake to cool slightly in the trays, then remove to a wooden bottom.

  • 5 g baking powder
  • 2 medium eggs

  • 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • 1 pinch of salt
