Here's what you need and how to prepare carp stuffed with baked vegetables:

INGREDIENT:

1.5 kg crap
10 tablespoons tomato juice
100 ml oil
1 kg of potatoes
200 g chopped canned mushrooms
a few bunches of broccoli
1 celery stalk
2 medium-sized onions
150 ml wine
1 kapia pepper or green bell pepper
salt
pepper
thyme
2 lemons

We clean the fish (of scales and gut), wash it, wipe it, then salt it, cut it. Heat the carp on both sides using a little oil.

Take it out of the pan and fry in the same oil one by one the mushrooms, broccoli, potatoes, thinly sliced ​​peppers, celery stalk and finally finely chopped onion.

In a tray we put the layer of potatoes, cover it with hardened onions, then we put the fish that we fill with mushrooms, peppers, celery, a few slices of lemon and 2 tablespoons of hardened onions. We arrange the bigger broccoli bouquets on the potato bed, we put the small ones in the fish. Season with salt, thyme and pepper to taste, sprinkle everything with 150 ml of white wine and tomato juice. In each notch made of fish we put lemon slices.

Put everything in the oven, covering the fish with an aluminum foil (or a tight lid, / baking paper that wraps the dish well) for 20 minutes, then another 10-15 minutes without being covered.

Carp with vegetables and tomato sauce

For this recipe I had available a carp of about 2.5 kg (fished by me, of course) which I cleaned, notched and eviscerated, according to the intended plan. I mean for the oven.

In the tray greased with a little olive oil, I added two yellow bell peppers, two red caps, three sliced ​​carrots, three large chopped tomatoes, two julienned onions and the seasoning with salt, pepper, paprika. I also greased the fish well with this spice mixture. (The spices mixed with a little water until they become an emulsion).

I covered the tray with aluminum foil and put it in the hot oven for 45 minutes. During this time I prepared a ketchup from tomato juice, salt, pepper, thyme and two cloves of crushed garlic and finely chopped. I took the foil from the tray and poured that ketchup. With a spoon, I sprinkled the fish with the sauce from the tray and left it exposed for another 20-25 minutes in the oven with the low heat.

-1 carp (preferably over 1 kg)
