- 10 capsicums
- 4 large tomatoes
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- Bay leaf

RECIPE PREPARATION Pipirighei Tinghisiti:
Wash the peppers, wipe with a kitchen towel and fry in oil. Remove from the pan and leave to cool in a bowl. Discard the oil in which the peppers were fried, put fresh oil in which to fry the tomatoes given on a grater -10-15 min. Then add salt, pepper, sugar, 1 small bay leaf, parsley and garlic. Pour the sauce obtained over the peppers.
