  1. Put all your ingredients in your blender, and blend to your satisfaction.
  2. If needed, add more of any of the ingredients, depending on how you like it.
  3. Pour into a glass, and there you have it! If you like you could even garnish with some whipped cream.

STRAWBERRY AND RASPBERRY SMOOTHIE

Sometimes just a refreshing glass of freshly made fruit smoothie is just all you need to fill up your empty stomach or better still to take as an appetizer on a full stomach.

Today, I found myself sipping a glass of freshly homemade strawberry and raspberry smoothie and I can assure you that it was such an heavenly moment to always remember.

Smoothies are pretty much easy to make as you can use any fruit or ingredient of choice to make for yourself a glass or some glasses of smoothie that perfectly suits your taste-buds and satisfaction.

Making strawberry and raspberry smoothie is very simple, nutritive, satisfying and so refreshing for a re-freshened YOU. Popping the strawberries and raspberries into a blender, coupled with few drops of maple syrup and water and then finally blending them, can't get any much better than that. It's quite easy, refreshing and awesome.


Basically, the main thing you need to do for this strawberry and raspberry smoothie recipe is to head over to the supermarket or farmers market to grab some packs of fresh strawberries and raspberries. I can assure you that the remaining task is just as good as done.


  1. Put everything in blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve immediately.
  3. Leftover smoothie mix makes great popsicles.

Our puppy's name is buddy too. Our mornings before school and work are just as crazy as yours if that makes you feel any better. The only difference is we live in an apartment here in Hong Kong so the farthest the dog can run is to the neighbors door across the hall. This time at home has got me really enjoying smoothie bowls. I don’t have to throw my smoothie in a cup and drink it on the go! With a smoothie bowl, I can add toppings with different textures and flavors, and enjoy every bite.

There’s one thing that I take very seriously when it comes to smoothies: Texture. I don’t like my smoothies to be watery or icey. I want a creamy thick smoothie that has a little bite to it. I have found the perfect combo for excellent texture. Frozen (previously cooked) cauliflower and Perfect Keto Strawberry Keto Collagen.

Don’t love Cauliflower as much as me? That’s ok, no one does. You can swap out the cauliflower in this recipe for 1/2 an avocado. They both do the same thing: add a great texture without changing the taste.

Strawberry-Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

1 container of keto-friendly yogurt (I used Two Good Strawberry)

½ cup of frozen cauliflower (previously cooked) OR ½ an avocado, both will thicken and make smoothie fluffy

½ cup of frozen raspberries

1/2 cup of frozen strawberries

1 tbsp of powdered erythritol

Whip all of these ingredients together in a blender and then pour into a chilled bowl.

1 tbsp of pomegranate seeds

Frosty frozen red raspberries

Big flakes/shavings of coconut

My kids often think our healthy and easy smoothies are an ice cream shake When we have leftovers, I fill a few popsicle molds to have on hand for warm weather days!! These fudgesicles are one of our all time favorites!

They beg me for ‘popsicles’ now! Mom win! You could always try my no bake chocolate raspberry cheesecake bars too. it’s loaded with healthy ingredients and is a snap to make as well!

Now if only I could figure out a way to have these ready to go when school pulls out the food-dye, sugar laden popsicles that send my child’s ADD rocketing through the roof! Sigh! (I think maybe a ‘Grr” would be a better descriptor!)
