Chicken breast, diced, cook in a few tablespoons of oil. Add the finely chopped vegetables (except for the two tomatoes) and cook together until they become translucent. Then add the chicken soup and season with salt. When the soup has dropped enough, add the broth and the two tomatoes passed through a grater and leave it on the fire until it looks bound. Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley / dill and serve hot.
This dish with a polenta chicken is very good.
