  • 1 mix box for Panna Cotta from Dr. Oetker
  • 200 ml of milk
  • 200 ml sweet cream

RECIPE PREPARATION Panna Cotta with caramel sauce:

In a bowl, mix the cream with the milk and put it on the fire until it starts to boil. Remove the bowl from the heat, add to the contents of the envelope with Panna Cotta mix and mix until smooth.


put the pot back on the stove and simmer for another 2 minutes over medium heat, stirring gently.

The panna cotta is then poured into cups for dessert and left to cool for 4 hours in the refrigerator. To serve, hold the cups in hot water for 30 seconds and then turn over on plates for dessert. Garnish with the caramel sauce in the box.
